Nephron Dialysis Center, Ltd.

New one story precast concrete and steel 12,800 square foot building containing 40 dialysis treatment stations. The project including parking lots, off-street loading, on site storm water retention and site landscaping is located within a City of Chicago Enterprise Zone.

design solutions:

Load bearing insulated precast concrete wall panels and other industrial construction materials are combined with site landscaping to create contextual urban form. The new construction represents revitalization of a neighborhood while respecting its original character.
