Renovation of three historic commercial structures adaptively reused as City offices.

design solutions:

Restoration of the historic north terra cotta facade was done in accordance with the U.S. Department of Interior and the Commission on Chicago landmarks requirements. The project was honored with a Chicago Landmark Award for Preservation and a Chicago Building Congress Merit Award.
