Renovation of an existing nine story office building, including exterior remodeling and stabilization, renovation of interior public spaces and redevelopment of 32,000 square feet of existing tenant space.

design solutions:

Exterior renovation focused on reopening of the eighth floor loggia and restoration of the building's three-story limestone base. A new canopy provides weather protection at the front entrance. Decidedly modern in expression, its scale, detailing and use of materials make it a sympathetic addition to this 1924 building.
