Tenant development of 4,220 SF within an existing strip mall to accommodate six exam rooms, procedure room, x-ray room, mammography room, dark room, lab, physical therapy, nurse's station, break room, offices, reception and support space.

design solutions
Racetrack circulation places procedure rooms around a central service core for operational efficiency.
Direct/indirect lighting and use of clear finish birch wood doors and casework enliven interior spaces and introduce a natural warmth. Rotated geometry at entry and waiting areas creates visual interest and subtly directs patients to the reception desk.
